Hemorrhoid Treatment Do’s and Don’ts

One of my favorite topics when it comes to any hemorrhoid treatment is the very necessary do’s and don’ts. There are so many people who do not understand what causes this situation and the best way to avoid it. These lists of simple do’s and don’ts to use for your hemorrhoid treatment will help all of us who are suffering with this unfortunate and painful ailment.

Do’s:
•    Include more fiber in your hemorrhoids diet in conjunction with your hemorrhoid treatment.
•    Look for natural and proven ingredients in your hemorrhoid treatment.
•    Understand, when selecting your hemorrhoid treatment, exactly how it works.
•    Get your questions answered about exactly what you are dealing with.
•    Research your symptoms and be sure to understand if your hemorrhoid is internal, external, or thrombosed.

Keep in mind, also, that you can use more than one solution as your hemorrhoid treatment. When it comes down to it, there are several different types to choose from. You can choose from oral and topical, guaranteed and non-guaranteed, natural and chemically altered, proven and experimental.

In fact, my own personal recommendation as a result of all of my research would be to combine oral with topical for your hemorrhoid treatment. The reason for this is because any oral hemorrhoid treatment worth its salt is going to take a bit before you feel some relief. So it is nice to find a topical ointment of some sort to apply and find that instant relief from the very uncomfortable and embarrassing discomfort you feel.

Don’ts:
•    Do not sit on the toilet for very long.
•    Do not strain when having a bowel movement.
•    Do not sit on a donut pillow; this only creates more pressure on your veins.
•    Do not let your situation get out of hand, deal with it right when it comes up.
•    Do not get discouraged. There is many a great hemorrhoid treatment out there.

One of my favorite recommendations is listening to what Hemroid Harry has to say. He’s had quite a bit of experience with these problems. He’s also done quite a bit of research on what your problem is and the best hemorrhoid treatment to go with.
